I have emailed Claropsyche customer service 5 TIMES now and had zero response about my missing palette. Mind you, I never leave reviews, so that’s how you know this situation is bad lol. I would not buy from them if I were you, you risk not receiving your order and having no help to get a replacement or even just a refund, it’s practically theft. I hope that they see this review and come back to me finally as I have heard nothing from them so far.
