United States orders of $40 or more - free economy shipping
United States orders of $39 or less - $6 economy shipping
International orders - $17.99 flat charge
PACKAGE LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED?
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it is your responsibility to know typical delivery schedule or provide an alternate address to ensure your package is secure.
If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS or FedEx directly for assistance to file a claim.
If you have not received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please reach out to orders@claropsyche.com.
WHERE WE SHIPWe ship anywhere in the United States and most International countries. Orders ship from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.
PROCESSING (PACKING/SHIPPING) YOUR ORDER
Orders typically will ship within 2-6 business days but may ship sooner. During high volume sales it may take 5-10 Business Days to ship. Thanks for your patience with our growing brand!
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use USPS First Class Package for international shipments. This service typically takes between 7-21 from the shipping date to arrive, however there is no guaranteed delivery date so in some cases the item, the item may arrive later. If the item does not arrive within 30 days, please reach out to us at orders@claropsyche.com.
Claropsyche is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service.
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
If package is returned due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import to the US. Claropsyche will refund you for the order minus the fee for the refusal of the duty fees.
Please ensure your address is correct as Claropsyche cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
ORDER INFO/UPDATES
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order status page that you can refer back to at any time. You will also immediately receive a confirmation email, and then subsequent notification emails as soon as your order ships, is out for delivery, and is finally delivered.
